Natural Alternatives to Viagra

If you're interested, book a flight to Scotland:

Both environmental factors (for instance smoking, junk food and pollution) and social factors (long working hours, exhaustion, anxiety) contribute to stress in the body - which can, in turn, impact negatively on the libido. Nobody is immune to sexual dysfunction - it affects men of all ages. Although severe problems are rare in younger males, prolonged physical and psychological stress in the 20s and 30s tends to result in difficulties later in life.

The quick fix, of course, is Viagra, but the drug is not a panacea. Where conditions are progressive, patients tend simply to take ever-increasing amounts. Blair Campbell, a herbalist with Neal's Yard Remedies, will be running a series of workshops across Scotland at the end of this month with the aim of educating men on a variety of sexual-health issues. He says it's time men knew of the alternatives to prescription drugs.

"There are a range of complementary therapies available to men who have these problems, as well as treatments which prevent them from occurring in the future, " Campbell says.
