I've never heard of a fractured penis before:

An appeals court has ruled a Boston man cannot collect damages from a former girlfriend for breaking his penis during creative sex.

The ruling stemmed from a 1994 incident where a man the courts identified as "John Doe" fractured his penis during intercourse with a woman the courts called "Mary Moe," the Boston Herald reported Tuesday. The couple`s names were withheld to protect their identity.

Doe said he has suffered sexual dysfunction since the incident and sued Moe for negligent sexual intercourse.
