Would you really want your name associated with this lawsuit?

More than 400,000 customers of a Canadian company that sells penis-enlargement products may be eligible to join a lawsuit claiming the oils and herbal supplements don't work, a Denver federal judge ruled Wednesday.

The ruling was a victory for Californian Jeffery Horton, who last year sued Leading Edge Marketing Inc. of British Columbia and a handful of related companies in U.S. District Court in Denver. It's also a win for his attorneys, who would collect a portion of any class settlement or court award.
