I'm not sure that penis pumps are effective at either treating Peyronie's disease or penis enlargement.

Doctors worldwide have been using an adapted form of the original devices to include their use for purely cosmetic reasons such as penis enlargement for several years, but the devices only became available for use without medical supervision in 2003.
