Good discussion on the use of castration as punishment.

This is the reason why I do not support the idea of castration on sexual predators. Yes they are disturbed individuals but how far do we allow the State to go in imposing sentences upon those who may just be innocent? The criminal justice system can be very flawed and to have the spectre of death casting a shadow over the process creates the idea that Justice is not blind.
